Noneck is a dwarven comedian who travels the Unremembered Realms™ trying to bring the place some laughter. The problem is he thinks he’s funnier than he actually is, and the audience is not afraid to let him know what they think! He is joined in his quest by his idiotic minder, a wizard named Gaffe, and a ventriloquist doll he uses that he doesn’t realize was made with voodoo to torture him.
Noneck is an eternal optimist and is oblivious to the audience’s negative reactions. Because of his ignorance, Noneck gets into the craziest situations as he tries to entertain giants, vampires, zombies, cannibals, and old people.

Swordfighting, spellcasting, disarming deadly traps, and dragons breath. These are what people claim are the most dangerous encounters in the Unremembered Realms. It is obvious they’ve never been on stage in the middle of a spotlight, trying to make an audience laugh! I’ve been hit by everything you can think of, from tomatoes and crusty dwarven socks to an orc’s evil stare when he threw his own glass eye at me.
Still, I soldier on, knowing that the Unremembered Realms, filled with all its problems, needs to laugh too. That’s why I decided to be a comedian, to bring laughter to this crazy place. I figured I made the right choice at an early age when my parents forced me out of the house after hearing all the endless jokes I was writing! They wanted me to get out and share my gifts with the world, so much so that they even locked the door behind me!
