If you thought 2024 was big for Mick Art Productions & the Unremembered Realms, wait until you see what’s coming in 2025! First, I plan to release the Kickstarter sometime in January for the newest character in my book series, a hack dwarven comedian named Noneck. The book is called Noneck’s Codex of Jokes, Jests, & Other Onstage Debacles. It originally started as a fantasy-based joke book but a narrative popped in my head and now the character is fully fleshed out. It is one of the funniest books I have ever written!
Next on the block is my new Sci-Fi series called Beyond Repair. It’s about a robot named Debris, who is living with an eccentric crew aboard a junk dealer/repair station. If you want to get a taste of what it’s like, read the final entry in Journal of an Outlaw, Book 5. The new series is giving me a lot of laughs and I think you will enjoy it as well!
On the wish list for the year is the new Scales & the Marshtones CD. Chuck Bailey and I have written and recorded most of the songs and are working on the skits. This will be a double CD titled “Double Electrum Live”!
If shows go well, I’m hoping to build up the reserves for my newest game, “The Game Rooms’s Throne.” It’s about four hilarious fantasy plumbers trying their best to stop clogs, no matter how difficult things get! The game is designed; I’m just trying to save the money to have it produced.
